Special Packages includes
• Accommodation on private balcony with Valley view
• Welcome drink on arrival.
• Accommodation on chosen sharing basis.
• Fruit platter in the cottage from our own property
• Only vegetarian meals served as per the plan and Non veg ( chargeable)
• Breakfast & Dinner.
• AM/PM Tea & Coffe at the resort
• Bonfire in the evening
• Recreation facilities at the resort like-
• Guided Tour with Naturalist
• Booking Reading and Usage of Library • Farming at the resort
• Painting at resort

Extra Occupancy
• No extra charge for children below 5 years (without extra bed).
• 6-12 yrs – 25% per child/night with extra bed.
• Above 12 years – 35% per person/night with extra bed.
• All the rates are in INR.

Cancellation policy: • Less than 15 days before the arrival date – no refund.
• Less than 20 days before the arrival date – 60% refund.
• Less than 25 days before the arrival date – 75% refund.
• No refund in case of road block, accident, no show etc.
• 50% of the total refundable amount (as per the above policy) will be released after cancellation and balance 50% will be adjust in to the future bookings only.
• Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
• Resort has right to revise / suspend any tariff/ Package offered at any point of time.
